When approaching Great Wanney from the Forestry track the crags can be seen on the right. This is not a right of way, but no problems have been encountered. It is best to walk along from the Great Wanney as the bog in front of the crag is horrendous. | |||

General:
These crags lie about 360 metres north west of great Wanney. The eastern end consists of a few small buttresses containing a dozen or so routes of up to 6 metres. An impressive deep chimney towards the east end provides a good line. The hanging groove to the right of the chimney is E3 6a. Further west are two higher sections: the first is known as Rickety Castle and the second as Buff Crag. About 10 routes are possible, some on doubtful rock. The best are described below. Much of the crag is dirty.
